Maximum guests: The maximum number of guests recommended in the loft is 48 people.

Deposit required: $300 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is taken off the balance owed

Payment methods: Cash, company cheque, credit card, eftpos and invoice. Individual payment is not available for this type of package.  We are an R18 Venue after 9pm. If you have anyone under 18 your event must finish by 9pm. Unless prior arrangement with centre management.

Catering add on: The catering add on option must be pre booked at least 48 hours in advance. The catering add on requires at least 24 hours notice in writing to cancel it.The minimum number for the catering add-on is 10 people

Catering allocation: For every 5 people you will get to pick 1 large platter and 2 pizzas from our menu. If you have an extra 3-4 people you will get an additional half sized platter and pizza (i.e 23 people would be 4 and 1/2 platters plus 9 pizzas)

Confirmation of catering numbers: Your final catering numbers and selections must be provided 48 hours prior to your function. If your numbers decrease within 48 hours of your booking they will be charged at $20 per person to cover the catering costs.

Cancellation policy: To retain your deposit we require 7 days notice in writing when cancelling or rescheduling your booking.

Upgrade/add ons: Any upgrade or add on option must be pre booked at least 48 hours in advance and will be subject to availability. Upgrades or add ons require at least 24 hours notice in writing to cancel them

Bowling time: This package is done by timed bowling only and does not guarantee a number of games. Your bowling time starts at the time that you have booked. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your booking

If your numbers decrease after 5pm on the day before your booking they will be charged at $13 per person to cover the catering costs

Time restrictions: The latest start time for a kids party is 3.30pm

Lane allocation: We will allocate a lane for every 6 kids. if you have any extra bowlers (i.e adults) they will need to be booked per person per game on an extra lane

Catering options: You can pick 1 catering option per party. Kids party platters or pizzas

Catering allocation: For every 5 people you will get either1 large kids platter or 2 pizzas with fries. If you have an extra 3-4 people you will get an additional half sized platter or 1 pizza (i.e 8 people would be 1 and 1/2 platters or 3 pizzas and a fries)

Beverage allocation: For every 5 people you will get 1 large fizzy or juice tower. This can be filled with coke,sprite, fanta, coke zero, apple juice or orange juice. If you have an extra 3-4 people you will get a tower refill if required (i.e 8 people would get 1 tower with a refill if needed
